About Brew & Chew
By day we're a speciality coffee cart — Assembly beans, oat milk, proper latte art. By night we flip burgers on a flat-top that gets so hot the cheese melts on contact. The concept sounds mad but it works: we do wedding mornings (brunch coffee and pastries), then switch to evening burgers (smash patties, secret sauce, American cheese). It means you can book one vendor for two services and save the hassle of coordinating multiples. Our setup converts in about 30 minutes — espresso machine goes down, plancha comes up, and the menu switches from cortados to double cheeseburgers.
