About Bun Intended
We bought a retired Routemaster, ripped out the seats upstairs, put in tables and fairy lights, and turned the bottom deck into a kitchen. Guests order downstairs, then eat upstairs with a view. The burgers are double-smashed on a flat-top, the hot dogs are snappy natural-casing frankfurters from a butcher in Smithfield, and the onion rings are beer-battered and unreasonably large. It's the most fun catering setup in London — the bus IS the venue, the restaurant, and the talking point. We drive to your event, park up, and suddenly you've got a double-decker diner in your car park.
