About Chai & Naan
We bring a tandoor oven to your event and bake naan to order. That sentence alone has booked us 200+ events. There's something hypnotic about watching bread slapped against the inside of a clay oven, puffing up in seconds, coming out charred and buttery. We pair it with slow-cooked curries — our butter chicken has a 6-hour tomato base, the lamb rogan josh uses shoulder braised until it surrenders, and the chana masala is so good our vegetarian clients don't feel like they're missing out. The chai comes from a proper brass urn, brewed with cardamom, ginger, and real tea leaves. It's the closer.
