About Croquette Queen
We make croquetas. That's the headline. Our jamón croquetas are made with a béchamel so thick you could stand a spoon in it, rolled, crumbed, and fried to a golden, molten-centred perfection that makes people swear out loud. We also do salt cod, mushroom & truffle, and a blue cheese & walnut number that divides rooms. Beyond croquetas, we do a full pintxos spread: patatas bravas with proper brava sauce (not ketchup with paprika), gambas al ajillo, and tortilla española cut into perfect triangles. We deliver as drop-off platters or we set up a live frying station at your event.
