About Doughnut Time
We fry brioche doughnuts and fill them with things that have no business being in a doughnut — and it works every time. Our classic is a vanilla custard with a crème brûlée glaze (we actually blowtorch it in front of you). The salted caramel oozes. The raspberry & white chocolate is pink and ridiculous. And the monthly special keeps our regulars in a constant state of anticipation (past hits: Biscoff cheesecake, pistachio & rose, miso caramel). For events, we do a doughnut wall (they hang on pegs — very photogenic), a glazing station where guests choose their topping, or straight-up boxes delivered warm.
