About Gin & Bear It
We built a bar inside an Airstream trailer and filled it with 40 gins from British distilleries you've never heard of. Our bartenders don't just pour — they ask what you like, recommend a gin, choose the tonic, and garnish it properly (not just a sad slice of lemon). We also do cocktails on tap: pre-batched Aperol spritzes, espresso martinis, and a passion fruit margarita that sells out at every wedding we do. The Airstream is polished aluminium with Edison bulbs inside, and it looks stunning in a field, a garden, or a car park. We handle all the licensing paperwork, and our bartenders know when to pour strong and when to pour subtle.
