About Green Machine
We're the vegan vendor that carnivores actually want to eat from. Green Machine started at Chatsworth Road Market with a single dish — our smoked jackfruit 'pulled pork' burger — and people went so mental for it that we built a truck. Everything is made from scratch and entirely plant-based: our burgers use a house-blend patty (beetroot, black bean, smoked paprika), the 'chicken' is seitan marinated in buttermilk (oat, obviously), and our loaded fries come with cashew cheese sauce that's cracked the code. We don't do sad salads or apologetic tofu. We do food that happens to be vegan and happens to be outstanding.
