About Java Cart
Our cart is built from English oak and brass, it weighs a ton (literally), and it makes the best espresso at any event in London. We use a La Marzocca GS3, beans from Workshop and Assembly on rotation, and our baristas have collectively spent more time dialling in grinders than most people spend at work. We do corporate mornings, wedding afternoon pick-me-ups, and the occasional very fancy birthday where someone just wants really good coffee. We also do pour-over for the nerds, cold brew in summer, and a chai latte that's made from real spices, not a syrup.
