About Little Bao Boy
We've been slinging bao from our truck on Church Street since 2020, and we've built a proper cult following. Every bun is hand-folded that morning — pillowy, slightly sweet, and stuffed until it can barely close. The pork belly with pickled daikon is our bestseller, but honestly the mushroom & truffle bao converts more meat-eaters than anything we've ever made. For events, we set up a steaming station that's basically dinner and a show: clouds of steam, neon signage, and a queue that makes your party look popular. We also do dumpling platters for more formal dos.
