We do one thing and we do it properly: double-smashed patties on a Martin's potato bun with American cheese, pickles, and our secret sauce. That's it. No truffle. No wagyu for the sake of it. Just a technically perfect burger cooked on a plancha so hot it gets a crust in 45 seconds. We added a fried chicken burger last year because people kept asking, and now it outsells the beef on Fridays. The fries are hand-cut, double-fried, and come loaded if you want them (bacon, cheese sauce, jalapeños, spring onion). We work fast — we've served 200 people in under 90 minutes — and we leave the site cleaner than we found it.
