We're a cocktail bar with a conscience. Every cocktail on our menu uses cold-pressed juices, house-made syrups, and botanicals we grow on an allotment in Tottenham (yes, really). The Lavender Collins uses lavender we dried ourselves, the Beetroot Negroni gets its colour from actual beetroot, and the non-alcoholic menu is just as considered — no one gets a sad lime and soda. The bar is a brass-and-marble setup that looks like it belongs in a boutique hotel, staffed by bartenders who can hold a conversation and pour a drink at the same time. We're popular with weddings that want something more interesting than prosecco.
