We fry chicken better than your favourite takeaway and we're not sorry about it. Our KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) is double-fried for maximum crunch, then glazed in either gochujang honey (sweet, spicy, sticky) or soy garlic (savoury, moreish, gone in seconds). We serve it with pickled daikon, rice, and our house kimchi — fermented in our kitchen in Stratford for three weeks minimum. The bulgogi rice bowls are the sensible option, and the kimchi fries are the chaotic option. We've done corporate lunches, late-night wedding snacks, and one legendary 500-person festival where we got through 400kg of chicken.
