About Slice Girls
We don't do Neapolitan. We do New York. Our pizzas are 20-inch, baked in a deck oven (not wood-fired — heresy, we know), with a thin, crispy, foldable crust that lets the toppings do the talking. A slice of our pepperoni — with pools of orange grease sitting in the curl of each cup — is the most satisfying single bite of food in London. We top it with full-fat mozzarella (not fior di latte, not burrata, MOZZARELLA), and we don't apologise for it. The truck is covered in street art by a local artist in Hackney, and we blast 90s hip-hop because that's the vibe. We serve fast, we serve late, and we never run out.
