We make one thing — brownies — and we make them devastatingly well. Our classic is a dark chocolate brownie with a crackly top and a fudgy centre that's set so precisely it wobbles when you cut it. Then we got creative: salted caramel with a caramel ripple, peanut butter with a Reese's-style layer, Biscoff with actual crushed biscuits, and a monthly special that keeps our regulars refreshing Instagram. For events, we do brownie towers (instead of cakes), brownie boxes (instead of favours), and a live brownie bar where guests choose their toppings (ice cream, sauce, cream, sprinkles). We deliver across London or set up at your event.
