About The Cheese Bar Mobile
We started as a cheese shop in Camden, then someone asked if we could do events, and now we spend most weekends making grilled cheese sandwiches from a van. But these aren't normal toasties — we use Comté on sourdough with truffle honey, or Montgomery's Cheddar with beer-braised onions, or a four-cheese melt that pulls like a mozzarella ad. We also do fondue stations and raclette, but the toasties are the thing that sells out. The van has a glass panel so guests can watch the cheese melt on the plancha, which is basically therapy.
