We started on Broadway Market in 2019 with a tiny stall and a recipe from Omar's mum. Four years later we've catered weddings, corporate dos, and one very memorable bar mitzvah where we served 300 people and ran out of nothing. Our falafel is made fresh every morning — chickpeas soaked overnight, blended with coriander, cumin, and a bit of baking soda for that perfect crispy shell. The shawarma is marinated for 24 hours and carved to order. But honestly, the thing people lose their minds over is the sides: our baba ganoush is smoky and silky, the fattoush has the crunchiest pita chips, and the garlic sauce is so good people ask for a pot to take home.
