About The Pizza Pilgrims Van
We've done the pilgrimage (literally — our founders drove a three-wheeler from London to Naples in 2012), and we've brought back everything we learned. Our van runs a Stefano Ferrara oven imported from Naples, and our pizzaiolo trained at L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele. But we're not precious about it — pizza is fun food, and our events feel like a party, not a tasting menu. We do frying pan pizza workshops where guests make their own (messier than you'd think, funnier than you'd expect), alongside our regular service of Margheritas, nduja, and a daily special. We pair well with a few Peroni, good music, and people who are hungry.
