We make samosas. A lot of samosas. Our kitchen in Leyton folds 3,000+ a week, each one by hand, each one crimped shut with a technique that's been in Meera's family for four generations. The classics are perfect: lamb keema with peas, aloo gobi, and paneer & spinach. But we also do unexpected flavours that shouldn't work but absolutely do: mushroom & truffle, pulled pork with BBQ sauce, and a chocolate & hazelnut dessert samosa that has caused actual arguments at events. For events we do a samosa bar (choose your filling, we fry it fresh) or drop-off platters with chutney selection. We're the ultimate canapé.
