About Tongue & Cheek
We cook the bits other people throw away, and we make them taste incredible. Our signature is the ox cheek burger — braised for 8 hours, shredded, pressed, then griddled until crispy on the outside and melting inside. It's served on a pretzel bun with bone marrow butter and gherkin relish. We also do beef tongue tacos (sliced thin, chargrilled, with salsa verde) and a devilled kidney number that's divided opinion at every event we've ever done. We're not for everyone and we know it — but if you want food that people will actually talk about, not just eat and forget, we're your lot.
