About Wheels of Cheese
We're a mobile cheese operation. Our main thing is the raclette setup — a massive half-wheel of Swiss raclette under the grill, scraped bubbling and golden over new potatoes, cornichons, and charcuterie. It's interactive, it's theatrical, and it smells incredible. We also do fondue pots (classic, truffle, or blue cheese), cheese boards with notes on every cheese, and a mac & cheese bar where guests choose their own mix-ins. Everything comes from Neal's Yard Dairy, The Cheese Truck's supplier, or directly from cheesemakers we visit in the Alps every year (yes, it's a tough life). We are cheesemongers first, caterers second.
