About Wing Man
We do chicken wings. Just wings. Twelve flavours ranging from mild (lemon & herb, honey mustard) to certifiably insane (Carolina reaper, our 'Sign a Waiver' sauce). Wings are fried twice for maximum crunch, then tossed in your chosen glaze. We serve them in baskets with blue cheese dip, celery sticks, and a stack of wet wipes because you will need them. The truck has a leaderboard for anyone brave enough to try the reaper wings, and we play hip-hop loud enough that nobody can hear you crying. We're perfect for festivals, stag dos, and anyone who thinks a party isn't a party without sticky fingers.
