About Wok This Way
We bring a double wok burner to your event and cook everything live. The theatrics of a flaming wok — the toss, the sizzle, the 3-foot flame that makes people jump back — is half the point. The food is the other half: pad thai with tamarind and crushed peanuts, Singapore noodles that actually taste of something, and a chilli basil chicken stir-fry that's our most requested dish at every event. We also do a build-your-own noodle bar where guests choose their protein, veg, noodle type, and sauce, and we wok it up in 90 seconds. It's fast, it's fun, and the queue is part of the entertainment.
